This is to get you acquainted to the program Gateway to the Trades and share this information with anyone who could be interested.
What is Gateway to the Trades?
Gateway to the Trades is a free, part-time, virtually facilitated skilled trades exploration and employment-readiness program that will equip participants between the ages of 17 and up with the skills, connections, and resources to find meaningful employment in the skilled trades sector. Graduating or departing grade 12 or 12+ students might benefit from enrolling in this program.
The program accepts new registrations using a continuous intake model with a new cohort starting the program once or twice a month.
January 2023 intake session is almost full. The next program intake begins in February 2023.
