End of Quadmester 1 – Important Information

As Quadmester 1 comes to an end, the administration wanted to make you aware of some important information:
  • Students need to look on their Quadmester 1 LMS, or talk with their teachers, to see when the final date to submit term work is.
    On November 10th and 11th, we will be operating on a special timetable, please see below.
  • During each of those classes, teachers will be conducting end of quadmester activities.
  • While there will be No Final Exams this quadmester.
    Possible activities could include: culminating activities, portfolios, exit interviews, credit rescue, unit tests, essays, reflections, etc.

  • All Hybrid students will follow the same schedule outlined below
  • November 10th and 11th are considered instructional days, therefore all students are expected to be at school and attendance will be taken
  • If your child attends our ACTIVE or Community Living programs, they will be at school during regular hours on both the 10th and 11th, but they will not be attending school on Nov. 12th.

  • NOVEMBER 10 – PERIOD 1 from 8:15 to 10:15 (buses depart at 10:25)
  • NOVEMBER 11 – PERIOD 2 from 8:15 to 10:15 (buses depart at 10:25)
  • NOVEMBER 12 – NO CLASSES OR STUDENTS/TURNAROUND DAY
